Anna solidified her interest in Food Science while at her position in the quality department of Ajinomoto Windsor. During her time there she learned about food processing and developed an interest in making healthy food products taste even better. Currently, she is researching flavor compounds in foods with added plant protein with the hopes of increasing the market of delicious, high protein foods.
Anna enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and settling down to watch a favorite TV series in her free time. She loves going to the Farmer’s Market and tasting local seasonal fruits and vegetables.
